“If Ukrainians fail to find some common ground soon, the idea of One Ukraine may become lost for a generation. Now, more than ever, we need our friends to help us help ourselves,” the policy maker pointed out.
“The country has got a systemic economic crisis, and yet the draft budget has nothing to solve the issue of creating new jobs, restore production, infrastructure, fund the construction industry,” the member of parliament said.
“The government of Ukraine pitches lustration as the fight against corruption. They always blame some abstract people from the past. Today we need to engage in the fight against corruption, not lustration - this is the task for the government,” stressed the politician.
