MP Serhiy Lovochkin (OPPOSITION BLOC faction) believes that the Donbas conflict is a pan-European problem. This is stated in the press service of the party.

“Today the war, Donbas conflict settlement and resolving the humanitarian problems of people who live there are the top priorities. We now have a problem with the delivery of humanitarian aid, there is a problem with the financing of social benefits in these areas. The government has actually dumped people. These issues have to be the focus of attention not only in Ukraine, but also in the European Union, as Ukraine is part of Europe. And so the humanitarian disaster in Ukraine is a disaster for the entire Europe,” the member of parliament stressed.

During his meeting with EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini Lovochkin added that the OPPOSITION BLOC in many respects agreed with the EU position, particularly with the need to implement the constitutional reform in Ukraine.
