The government must learn from the experience of the most successful programs aimed at promoting employment in Germany, Sweden, the United States, and other countries and therefore help Ukrainians with finding jobs amid the epidemic. By the end of January, the population’s debt for utility fees reached yet another record high of 81 billion hryvnia. Since the beginning of the heating season alone, the debt increased by 26.6 billion hryvnia, which means people cannot afford current draconian bills.
