“The world has entered the era of global geopolitical change and Ukraine has become one of its epicenters. How to preserve a state in the era of change, how to find it a place in the new world - these are the questions that vitally require answers. Finding them is a duty of Ukrainian politicians not only to their own people, but also to the entire Europe, which saw a trigger for the World War again”.

Events of recent years - annexation of Crimea, military conflict in the east of the country - have tangibly highlighted  the inefficiency of operating global and regional structures of guaranteeing sovereign security. The report of “New Ukraine” Institute “Ukrainian Crisis and New Approaches to Security Policy (Global, Regional and National Dimensions)” is dedicated to the disclosure of global, local and internal hazards to be addressed within the strategies of security policy reform at all levels proposed by the Institute.
