The principle on which the new Cabinet will not allow it be functional and productive. This was stated by MP from the OPPOSITION BLOC Serhiy Lovochkin in the Verkhovna Rada on Thursday, April 14.
According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers Volodymyr Groysman is unlikely to be viable.
“I don’t believe in the ability of this government i- large and good intentions will not be realized because of the incompetence and lack of systematic work,” Serhiy Lovochkin stressed.
The politician believes that the principle on which a new government will not allow it be functional and productive. Among the main reasons - a very large number of Vice-premiers, unclear authority and responsibility for specific sectors of the economy, dubbing Executive functions.
“We do not expect from the new government for two reasons. First, we have not seen the programme of activities, and when voting for the post takes place before talk about what you’re doing, it does not lead to anything productive,” the MP underscored.
In addition, Serhiy Lovochkin drew attention to the fact that the new coalition did not have enough votes even for the appointment of the Prime Minister.
“If you count 257 votes (for the appointment of a Prime Minister - Ed.) minus 39 voters who gave “People's Will” and “Renaissance”, then there is no result. First conclusion: the party “Renaissance” is not opposition, because it supported the government of Groisman. Secondly, the coalition is incompetent, because it has never given 226 votes even to assign its own Prime Minister. What reforms can occur if there are no 226 votes if every vote, without exception, will be situational?” the politician stressed.
