According to MP from the Opposition Bloc Serhiy Lovochkin, the attack on him by the representatives of the “People’s Front” faction is dictated by the fact that Yatseniuk’s political force is trying to divert public attention from its failed policy.

“What have you expected from the “People’s Front”? Can they explain why there is such inflation in the country, such a hryvnia rate, which is already approaching 30, that they have stolen money for the “Wall”? The fact that they paid a premium of 7 million in the Ministry of Justice. Does anyone believe that an official in the Ministry of Justice received 7.5 million and shared it with noone? With their leaders from the “People’s Front”. In addition, the total amount of payments was UAH 21 million. UAH 7 million for one person is more than the salary of the U.S. President. Will they talk about this from the rostrum? Of course, not. Will they talk about some success? Of course, not. Yatseniuk’s government plundered money even for the “Wall”. They failed absolutely everything. So, what is it necessary to do? To attack political opponents,” he said.

“My position is simple. They have run after us for 4 years. Four years they have tried to fabricate at least some criminal case and nothing happened. The next political season is beginning with the political persecution. This road is nowhere; it will lead them to nowhere. I think that if the “People’s Front”, with a rating less than error, is criticizing us, it is almost the same as we are praised,” Serhiy Lovochkin noted.

According to the MP, the attack on him by the representatives of the “People’s Front” faction is dictated by their fear before the victory of the OPPOSITION BLOC at the parliamentary elections.

“We have no one single MP in the faction, against whom several criminal cases have not been instituted. This is a normal practice for the current government to work with the opposition. This is an attempt of infinite pressure, because they are afraid of two things - the Opposition Bloc ratings and the elections to the Verkhovna Rada, where we will win. Therefore –political revenge, political persecution, changing political agenda. This is what the “People’s Front” and other political bankrupts are engaged in the Verkhovna Rada”, Serhiy Lovochkin said.
