The Opposition bloc considers it is necessary to hold early parliamentary elections as necessary. These elections are necessary not for us, Ukraine needs them as soon as possible.

First, there is no coalition in the Verkhovna Rada. The rights of the parliamentary opposition are constantly and roughly violated. The situational majority votes in the interests of the 'party of war'.

Secondly, this parliament has withdrawn itself from responsibility for restoring peace and stability in Donbas and in the country as a whole. The composition of the parliament does not reflect the interests and sentiments of Ukrainian citizens. The inactivity of Parliament in matters of peace discredits Ukraine in the eyes of international partners who provide our country, political, diplomatic and financial support. Most of the deputies in today's Verkhovna Rada simply do not know the word 'compromise'. While this parliament exists, there will be no peace in the country.

Thirdly, the current composition of the Verkhovna Rada is a composition of national hostility. Instead of effective and fair reforms and economic development, the society is imposed by ideological experiments, rewriting history, bans and quotas, the persecution of dissent and free media.

There is no future of this parliament. The latest polls show that most of our citizens are in favor of early elections.

Elections are necessary for the sake of national peace, social justice and economic development. The Opposition bloc demands: the re-elections in October – a responsible government in December.
