OPPOSITION PLATFORM – FOR LIFE is ready to cooperate with the government for the sake of peace restoration, OPPOSITION PLATFORM – FOR LIFE MP Serhiy Lovochkin told journalists in the Verkhovna Rada.

“The first issue that the state and the government are currently facing is peace restoration. Without peace, there’s going to be no economic development, no salaries and pensions, no normal life in Ukraine. Therefore, the government must keep its election pledges on peace instead of bowing to street protests,” Lovochkin believes.

The politician said that the OPPOSITION PLATFORM – FOR LIFE parliamentary faction is ready to support all bills that are needed for that.

“We are willing to cooperate with the government for the sake of peace restoration. We are ready to support President Zelenskyi’s initiatives aimed at fulfilment of the Minsk agreements. They are the only way to peace, and this was acknowledged by the entire world — the UN Security Council and all parties to the negotiations,” the MP said.
