The election outcome for OPPOSITION PLATFORM — FOR LIFE is clear victory, but it needs to be protected. This was stated by MP Serhiy Lovochkin during a briefing on the Verkhovna Rada election results.

“I want to address all members of the OPPOSITION PLATFORM — FOR LIFE party and congratulate us on the achievement. It’s a success, it’s clear victory,” Lovochkin said.

“Still, there’s another message to our party members working in election commissions who are now engaged in vote count. These are the most important hours. We must make effort to protect our results. Since it’s been a very dirty campaign, we must do our best to protect our results,” Lovochkin said.

As reported, exit polls showed that OPPOSITION PLATFORM — FOR LIFE ran second in the parliamentary election, following Sluha Narodu party. According to 112 TV channel exit poll, OPPOSITION PLATFORM — FOR LIFE won 12.9 percent of the votes. Media reports say the party will take between 35 and 37 seats from the party list in the Verkhovna Rada.
