Pension reform does not increase the size of pensions, and the medical one – closes access to the services of doctorsfor most Ukrainians. MP from the Opposition Bloc Serhiy Lovochkin said this on the air of the TV channel “Inter”.

He stressed that the Opposition bloc does not support pension reform. “We will not support the pension reform, since in its current form it leads to an increase in the retirement age and to a reduction in pensions for a large number of retired people in the future. We consider that first we need to do everything necessary so that people can pay the current tariffs, or cancel these tariffs,” the politician noted.

The parliamentarian also criticized the medical reform, asit reduces people’s access to health services. “Now hospitals are being closed in small towns and cities, and for people it is a source of hope. When a doctor is several dozen kilometers away, and there is simply no way to get there, it leads people to despair. Medical reform should bring people closer to the opportunity to receive medical care and raise the standard of this assistance. And as a result of this medical reform, the standard does not increase,” Serhiy Lovochkin underlined.
